Welcome
Gina has over 25 years of experience working with children, youth, and families. Supporting and guiding children and youth in education. She is a Child and Youth Worker. She is driven to create a space for children and youth to guide them to learn a new tool to support their well-being. Over the years, she has found alternative ways to teach and guide her own children with their unique ways of learning how to be mindful and apply mindful practices during their development and diagnosis of Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Dyslexia. It led her to education in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSRT), Mindfulness for Children, and Orton-Gillingham Structured Literacy for students with Language-based Learning Disabilities and Dyslexia. She offers first-hand experience in Mindful practices and a story of success; she is eager to share with parents/families and children/youth to support their well-being. Her message to you is always to be KIND to yourself first.
